Initial Study and Negative Declaration and
Amendment to the Piedmont General Plan for
6th Cycle Housing Element
On March 20, 2023, the City Council will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting. At the meeting, the City Council will consider an Initial Study and Negative Declaration prepared by staff pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the 6th Cycle Housing Element and will consider an amendment to the Piedmont General Plan to adopt the 6th Cycle Housing Element prepared by City staff and consultants.
